2026 GIVING OPPORTUNITIES
​​ONGOING MINISTRY BUDGET:
The addition of Janelle to paid staff in 2025, inflation, and growing ministry opportunities are at a place where our salary, administration, and regular ministry expenses have increased in turn. We are looking for new or increased recurring donors to help us increase our monthly giving by $750 to keep pace with our current baseline monthly budget. In addition, we desire to reach an overall 30% increase in our monthly giving by the end of this year. This will build a stronger reserve for special projects and opportunities (like those mentioned below), and allow us to take steps of expanding the resources and opportunities we provide ministry leaders.​
​​YML LEADER COHORT ALUMNI RETREAT:
We are hosting our first in-person retreat May 12-15. It is specifically for those who have taken part in a Youth Ministry Leader Cohort in the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg Area. It will be four days marked by relationship building, personal reflection, soul rest, practical youth ministry conversation, and playful recreation in a luxury cabin. We are charging participants $150 from pocket, then covering the remaining expenses ($250 per person). We are looking for individuals or a group interested in being the sponsors to this event that will allow us provide a high quality and refreshing experience for those in attendance.
FINANCIAL GOAL: $5000​​​
​YOUTH MINISTRY LEADER COHORTS:
Our trench-tested free online small group experience for youth ministers offering supportive community,, coaching, and resources continues to grow. The beauty of a protected call for collective pursuit of personal and professional health is something many leaders are not given a professional development budget for, and they don't have a local network of like-minded peers. Our cohorts always operate at their best when we are able to invest $1200 per cohort of approx 12 participant. Our six Winter/Spring cohorts are underway, and we are currently planning to facilitate six more cohorts this Fall.​
FINANCIAL GOAL: $8400
($1200 for current cohorts and $7200 for Fall cohorts).
