Our non-profit work runs under the umbrella of Standing Stone Ministry with two key words at the forefront: CONFIDENTIAL and FREE. The "free" part is only able to be done through the generosity of partners who believe in the Church and care deeply about the personal and professional health of those who serve her.
MINISTRY OPPORTUNITIES AND 2026 FUNDING GOALS
We are poised for great ministry in 2026. It involves some significant opportunities to fan the flames of awakening that is happening through the Church as we seek to bring coaching, care, and consultation to ministry leaders.

ONGOING MINISTRY BUDGET: ($950/Month) - $175/mth Raised
To keep a healthy baseline budget to cover, salary, administration, and regular ministry expenses. The Lord provided through lead donors to cover the addition of Janelle through all of 2025 and into the beginning of 2026.
YOUTH MINISTRY LEADER COHORTS: ($16,800 to cover 14 planned 2025 Cohorts) - $8,250 FUNDED
We will continue with cohorts that always operate at their best when we are able to invest $1200 into each individual one. Our plan is at least 12 of them.
NEW! MICHIANA YOUTH MINISTRY LEADER GATTHERINGS: ($3000 to promotion, refreshments, and training)
God has provided a space and brought together a team that will allow us to begin a monthly gathering for youth ministry leaders in the Michiana. The focus will be coming together for connection, encouragement, and prayer. God is doing something special in GenZ and we believe regular space of uniting those investing in the next gen will be a major fuel to that fire.
NEW! SACRED STUDIOS GATHERINGS: ($2800 in startup and ongoing 2026 Supplies) - FUNDED!
Janelle is launching a regular gathering specifically for women in ministry (both serving on staff and wives) in our region that will focus on using art as an avenue for them to pause, connect with others, be seen, and valued. We are stilling working the budget numbers for getting the initial supplies needed for this ministry.
NEW! YML COHORT ALUMNI RETREAT: ($3500-5000)
We are hosting our first in-person retreat May 12-15 for those who have taken part in a cohort in the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg Area. We are charging participants $150 from pocket, and we will be covering the remaining through financial sponsorship. $3500 in sponsorship will allow us to host a quality experience, and $5000 will allow us to take it to the next level and provide care and treatment they deserve but rarely receive!
YOUTH MINISTRY LEADER CONSULTING: ($5000 to cover consulting of 10 churches) - $1500 FUNDED
We launched the service to churches in the Fall. The goal is to come alongside ministry leaders and Next Gen focused ministries who are working through specific pain points and/or identify ministry opportunities. The reality is many of the ministries we can serve do not have the budget to bring in this type of service. No churches are asked to pay for our work. Some choose to donate to our ongoing ministry. Our main expenses for this work are travel.
EQUIPMENT PURCHASES: ($1500) - FUNDED!
We hope to purchase a new iPad, a higher output printer/copier, and printing supplies.

MINISTRY THAT IS MAKING A DIFFERENCE
Your prayer is what fuels this ministry, and your financial investment removes a significant barrier the enemy often uses to prevent ministry leaders from pursuing health.

Justin and Morgan, MD
We had found ourselves in a unique yet stressful situation as our family grew but our community grew smaller. Derry and Janelle provided a trustworthy and compassionate environment that allowed both of us to intentionally consider what was most deserving of our focus. They wereright there over the course of months..

Clinton, ID
I got a brand new job as a youth pastor as my first time in full-time ministry at a church. Derry spent hours with me on Zoom on how to bring conversations to leadership in a way that supports them and helps us get to an end goal we both wanted. Derry, I can't personally thank you enough for the time you took to counsel and mentor me.

Jordan, IN
I approached Derry and asked if he would be my sabbatical coach because it was such a crucial time for me.He encouraged me in areas I needed to be encouraged. He called me out in areas I needed to be called out. I'm so thankful for Derry. Thank you for considering supporting his ministry as he supports people like me.
